Mitchell Tovee (short bio)

Mitchell Tovee, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Health Coach

2x UKBFF Men’s Physique Champion 2015

British Arnold & Olympia qualified

2012 Men’s Health Cover Model Finalist

Mitchell, 26 years old and based in Watford, has had to overcome a battle with a lymphatic disorder that reduced the function of his immune system leaving his body susceptible to a wide range of common health threats. Having undergone multiple surgical procedures to remove oversized lymph nodes he knows better than anyone that putting in the hard work in training bears the physical results for all to see – and as you can see for yourself Mitch trains harder than most!

“Along the road to success be prepared to fail … a lot. If this discourages you then you probably won’t be successful!”

Mitch Tovee nnnSPORT®X-Cell ambassador

Alongside his personal training projects and busy family life (Mitch is married with a young daughter) he still finds time to satisfy his competitive nature – this year alone Mitch has landed first in both the UKBFF English Grand Prix & the South Coast Championship

A keen sportsman, Mitch has played badminton at County level and has a 100m sprint pb of 10.9 seconds!
